Wednesday Tri Brick Training
What is a brick, you ask???
You ride- then run- then ride- then run. You'll love it - Give it a tri.
We will ride for 3.5 miles – then run for 5 minutes out & 5 minutes back in. We have 2 modified styles for some of us – we’ll ride for 3.5 miles, then walk for 5 minutes out & 5 minutes back in. Another group will be riding for 3.5 miles, then walk/running for 5 minutes out & 5 minutes back in. Sounds like fun, eh???
Then…

Tracy has offered to assist us with this and also share some of her amazing tri knowledge with us. We'll also have other experienced tri people show up occasionally to increase our knowledge. This is a great opportunity for all of you currently doing tri’s and those of you thinking you may want to try a tri. It's even great for those just interested in increasing their overall fitness.
We’ll be meeting at the house in Hill Country Village – 126 S Tower Drive between 6:30pm & 6:45pm, ride out promptly at 7pm. (we need to have a place to lock up the bikes while we run…)
What should you bring:
