Every Sunday we train.  May is just around the corner.  Are you riding the American Diabetes Association's Tour De Cure 2010?  Come out and train with us.  We're training for various rides, the MS, the Tour De Cure, Livestrong Challenge, River Region Classic, Tour De Gruene, Conquer The Coast, Fall Fredrickburg Frolic... just to name a few.

We've recently started up these training rides that will run all year long. These are intermediate rides, but we still have our 'no-drop' policy. These are not beginner rides.  We have Beginner Rides every Saturday Morning.

Pace information:

Scenic Intermediate - Steady, scenic pace of 12-14 mph
Veloce Intermediate - Moderate to fast pace of 14-15 mph
Advanced Intermediate - Fast, advanced pace of 16+mph

These rides are open to members/non-members and all riding clubs.

If the ride is on the Calendar and listed here, we will be riding.  If we cancel, we will post a cancellation on the S A Ride Like A Girl Blog & on Twitter.  (follow us on Twitter http://twitter.com/).  We also post it on FaceBook.  Or you can call us!
